Before submitting a request, please review our Coding Support Policy to understand expectations and how we can best assist you.
We also encourage you to explore a few self-service options first:
- Visit the corresponding Coding Support Hub section and review the listed resources
- Use the Search 🔍︎ feature to locate a specific guide
- Try the AI coding assistant (bottom right) to help explain concepts or debug your code
Taking these steps can often lead to quicker solutions and help you get more out of your support session if additional help is needed.
To get started with submitting a support request, please complete the form below with details about your request. Once submitted, your inquiry will be routed to the appropriate campus group based on subject-matter expertise. A group member will then follow up to schedule a 15-minute consultation via Microsoft Teams. Please ensure your calendar is up to date, and include your availability so a convenient meeting time can be scheduled.
🧭 How Requests Are Routed
To provide the most effective support, we collaborate with campus partners who specialize in specific tools and methods:
| Topic | Supporting Group |
|---|---|
| High Performance Computing (HPC) | Research Computing & Cyberinfrastructure |
| Excel (Data Visualization) | IRISS |
| R (Statistics) | Stat Lab |
| Power BI | Libraries |
Requests that fall outside the areas listed above will be reviewed by a Geospatial Centroid Coding Support group member or referred to the appropriate campus resource through our general support mailbox.
